In a big company like Coca-Cola there are so many hands that touch a single process. Sometimes I think this is a good thing, because my peers are so diversely amazing and skilled in so many different ways. Sometimes I think this kills our agility and speed to market. But then I always remind myself that one false move at the scale at which Coca-Cola operates, really can change the world.

I joined Coke when the FIFA World Cup was in full swing. I really didn’t have much to do with the amazing work that some of my peers put together but it was in this time that I realized how much the world perceives and understands through the lens that we as Coke associates create. More power to brands that do good and execute the work that matters most!
